My Work

I have been a real estate professional since 2001 working within the real estate and legal worlds, both as a successful realtor selling new construction and resale residential properties, and as a paralegal handling a multitude of real estate transfers and transactions. What that means to my clients is that I bring a level of experience on both the sales front, helping them to achieve their goals in selling or purchasing real property; and, on the contract level, ensuring they are well informed and can feel secure that their realtor has the knowledge and care to ensure a smooth transaction.

My Philosophy

Some people say the devil is in the details, but as a Realtor I believe the difference is in the details. Whether those details are the elements of the dream home a buyer is searching for, the attributes and special features of the beloved home a seller is hoping to sell, a well-designed and specific marketing plan, the all too important contract details, or the care, diligence, responsiveness and commitment that an agent provides to each client's specific individual needs, the details makes all the difference. A difference I work tirelessly to achieve for my clients, both old and new.

My Background

From the Pacific Northwest, to the Gulf Coast of Florida; the North Shore of Massachusetts to the Seacoast area of New Hampshire and the Kennebunks of Southern Maine, I have been lucky enough to call several beautiful and charming waterfront communities my home over the years. Yet, it is the childhood years I spent living in Cape Porpoise and Kennebunk that left me dreaming of returning some day. Memories of watching the fishing boats come in at the pier, going to Mother's Beach in the summer with my brothers and sisters (and, of course, my mother), getting burgers at Dot's Lunch on Sea Road (now the home of Bennett's), and attending Consolidated School, are a few that left a lasting impression with me and I am thrilled to have the good fortune to once again call this beautiful area my home.

Outside of work, I am all about spending time with my family and being on or near the water whenever possible!
